So i guess a family owns this one and another one on castle hieghts as well. A few months ago i guess a woman in the family rented a spot out to have a salon or spa or whatever. It seems like ever since this location shuts down at different times every night. It says open until 10pm, but i mean i went tonight at 8ish pm and they were already closed. Its all good to close early.. but pick a time and keep it that way. This bs where you never know if theyre gonna be open or closed is really irritating. The location on castle hieghts is always open til closing time because they have a woman OUTSIDE of the family working there. Poor girl works every single day, and never closes early regardless of her lack of help. These owners need to get it together.

One of the worst places ever. I turned 21 today and got to the counter. The rude old lady told me to come back tomorrow after I got everything to the counter. I asked her why I’m 21 today. All she said was come back tomorrow. Very disappointed in this so called business. I asked if they had any recommendations when I walked in and all she said was no. Don’t every go here if you turn 21.

I felt profiled here. I had my selection, she asks for my ID (which I understand completely), she sees it and then when I went to pay with my card she asked to see both my ID and my card. She didn’t ask the person in front of me for that who paid with his card.
