this place is very good. the only problem i run into is they rarely forget items but it’s no big deal. doesn’t happen very often

My food was good however I ordered online and the slush machine was down when I arrived for pickup. The guy there was apologetic but I wish I would've been made aware somehow that it was broken (not sure how they would have notified, thru the app or something maybe. I don't have the solution just presenting the problem)

This burrito is so thin and the tortilla is so dry is falling apart. I barely have money rn, and I just wanted to treat myself after a bad day. This is so disappointing, and both of my burritos are like this. They didn’t even have blue raspberry freeze available and didn’t tell me until I already paid for it
