I was apprehensive for my CT with contrast and thanks to Nicky, I managed to get through the procedure with ease. She was compassionate, knowledgeable and explained the exam thoroughly every step of the way. The front desk staff was welcoming and the clinic was very clean.

I was able to get an appt within a week of calling to schedule, which is great! The staff were very friendly and my appt was right on time. No waiting. The CT tech had a great personality and made me feel at ease. If you have to change into a gown, they providers lockers for your personal belongings. Overall a great experience.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The gentleman doing the MRIS had an amazing personality that made you laugh and distracted you from the anxiety of the procedure that you might have. And the Scottish accent didn't hurt 😉😆

Not sure you should contact them directly but depending what your having the CT on?
The easiest thing is to request a disc at the time of the imaging test (x-ray, MRI, etc). Otherwise, start your quest for records with the front desk of the location where the test was done.
That's just an X-ray ,you can just walk right in
It's only one floor if you are going to the Folsom facility. But you want bldg one for x-ray, MRI, CT...
