It varies with each kind of nute bottle you purchase... The directions for use per gallon will be stated on the bottle.
Agree with @MichaelStollger. I use this shop almost exclusively and have never had an issue. In fact any slight problems have been immediately addressed by staff, usually with extra benefit to me.
