Did an online order jul 15th at approximately 4:45 pm . Order was not even in progress as they did not even start it untill i walked in. Then the order was incorrectly made by the manager on duty .when i called i was hung up on 4 times the first time by a gentleman who was unable to articulate a sentence then when I finally got through the manager on duty immediately went on the defensive attempting to cut me off as i spoke blaming another new staff member who did nothing wrong .the problem was staff is just unable to handle the work . Management is incompetent and unable to correctly coplete orders plus very argumentative. I explained its not a big deal i would just like to pick up the missing food items i dont really feel like fighting over chicken wings. But they seemed ready to do just that.I guess its my fault for making an unhealthy dinning choice today.They just can't get anything right here..... it's weird how no matter what you order they'll find a way to take 3 hours to f@#$ it up

If I could give zero stars I would. This is literally the worst wing stop in Bakersfield. I called and placed an order at 9:15 was told my order would be done in 18 minutes. Got there checked my order it was completely wrong had to wait 40 minutes to get it back get home and it still be WRONG. Called to complain and to receive a refund and got to deal with a teen that wanted to argue about how she didn’t make the order wrong. Lol. Don’t eat here. -10 stars they tried to tell me this is Cajun when it’s clearly atomic or some type of hot literally burning my eyes just smelling this. If this was their new Cajun they clearly could’ve stated that, but it’s not because this is what they gave me the first time and had me wait 40 minutes just to give me this same exact WRONG flavor!

Cashier was very rude was not greeted told the cashier name for order did not receive my receipt nor ranch nor napkins the only reason that this review received 2 stars is because my order was actually ready on time. Definitely sticking to Stockdale location didn’t bother to call only because I know they will not answer their phone

A lady by the name of Cassandra kicked us out of the back room while eating my meal with my daughter. And there was no sign that it was employees only area. After a nice guy said it was okay to eat in the back just the next time we couldn't. We moved our food to another table and stayed to finish anyway. Never going back again. Terrible customer service and rude! Cassandra needs customer service triaing or that place is closing out soon.
