Unfortunately, this is Not a good review. Nicole is friendly but in our opinion her service was lacking. Essentially, after the offer was accepted on the property we wanted to buy, she sat back. (Note that getting the offer accepted was not to difficult as we were well qualified buyers and were able to strongly compete). Our main ask of Nicole was to keep an eye on the time tables of getting into the new house. Without going into major detail, Nicole was not aware that in Los Angeles County you can not close and fund in the same day. Also she appeared not well versed on important deadlines that would have to be met in order to meet the goal. I had to make many calls, and then subsequently inform her. She was always lagging. When the purchase of our new home's closing was delayed for 2 days, she did Not Own her part in the process. Basically, she told us to read the Statewide Buyers and Seller's advisory of what she is required to do. I guess going above and beyond was not her type of service. However, if you read "What does a Realtor do?" on Rocket's Mortgage site, they emphasize a great one should Navigate / Advise their customer on all aspect of the process. So this this does match Nicole's mantra but is Not evidenced by her actions Nor support her statement that a traditional Realtor is better than Internet Services for Real Estate transactions. For a Realtor to say I already gave you gifts when your looking for a per diem to cover cost of delay (which by the way was not written into our contract, but why not?) or to remind you that her Commission are paid from the seller, not us, and it's only a percentage after the Brokers and Referral's cut (really, without a buyer, you would get $0 and without Rocket's referral definitely $0), these are poor justifications. Since Nicole was not able to achieve what was important for us- "Staying on course/timeliness", then it might be a misstatement that an IBUY OR ISELL is not a better way to go? I had excellent results with my I SELL thru Open Door.

There were times that I was completely all over the place mentally, just simply confused, feeling all types of emotions Dana has aleays ensured me that I was ok and practically prepared ne for all thise thibgs i was feeling. Dana was available to answer question even when outside of normal business hours. She was very pleasant professional knowledgeable about the market. She wasnt afraid to get in there with the buyer. I can also recommend anyone to use Dana stokes as their agent, it doesnt matter how big or small the purchase and or sell will be shes the one! She can get the job done! I highly recommend Dana, I will definitely stick with her throught All my future purchase from now on. Thanks Dana!!!!!
