As a long time user of enterprise I'm very disappointed to have to write this review. We had two tires go flat on our vehicle. We called road side assistance and they sent us to the nearest enterprise to exchange the car. When we got there the store wasn't open on time. After waiting for the employee to show up (late) he said there were no cars and we should take the vehicle to Firestone up the road and we'd be right on our way. Firestone said they can't just do the repair as enterprise has to approve it and we ended up paying out of pocket for the repair so we could get back on the road. This is not the first time the Firestone gentleman has had this conversation with an enterprise customer. Unacceptable.

Made my reservation two weeks before and once I arrived they told me my car wasn’t available and had to upgrade to a luxury vehicle. If I wanted the car I reserved I had to drive to Monterey to pick it up. It’s really disappointing, This ruined my plans and was stressed out all day and to cheer me up they gave me a $20 discount. This is not the first time this happens. Horrible experience
