Such an amazing experience at enterprise!! I booked a car through 1800 enterprise and in. The morning an hour before I nice sounding dude called and apologized but didn’t have an suv but had a big truck so I said I’ll take it! I got there and the big truck was super clean but was smoked in so I said because of my lung condition I can’t be in a car that has been smoked in. He had two other options and one wasn’t clean but I needed to be on the road and I didn’t care about cleanliness so I said skip the cleaning and he had the girl get me out of there in 5 minutes!! He even called and followed up on a mistake the corporate number people had done!! What an amazing spot wish this type of service was like my local enterprise I’d stop using National!!
