Spa, usually breaks once a year it usually takes them two or three months to fix it,!! I think it was the old property manager or just the lack of management at all… Whitney Oaks the trust what a joke $224 A month HOA fee !! I don’t think the cool deck around the pool area has been washed off in the five years I’ve lived here… The front ADA automatic door opening for the disabled, has been broken for about two months, I just don’t get it!

This community is quiet, friendly and quit beautiful! The amenities are excellent! What a nice community to retire in. Some of the property views are spectacular especially from the deck of the pool area. Sunsets are amazing. There are plenty of parking spots that are well lit and sizes are large for large SUVs. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable about the activities and going ONS in the area. The HOA is very reasonable and frankly cheap for a location like this and in California. This is a gated community! Please check it out, you will not be disappointed! Definitely deserving of a 5 star rating!

Great experience untill an old lady yelled at my kids. Not family friendly. More like for retired married couples with no kids or pets.They seem to enjoy the pain of others.

You would have to be resident to use the clubhouse facilities, which are currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
