Kevin, the sales guy at Pinnell’s, was extremely helpful both in the showroom and at our home. When we got the call that the carpet arrived in the warehouse we needed to requested a later installation date due to circumstances at home. They were very accommodating to our scheduling needs for installation. We appreciated the courtesy reminder prior to our installation date. Louis and Gilbert did a great job installing the carpet in our bedroom. They were courteous, professional and they completed the job with attention to details in a timely manner. We feel very comfortable recommending Pinnell’s Carpet One.

Across the board, the flooring experience with Pinnell's has been excellent. Louis and Dakota were fantastic. The literally seamless installation over several connected rooms was done beautifully. Both installers were eager to do a great job and showed a lot of respect for me and my house. It is a rare treat to have this experience. Additionally, Joe Hancock was inordinately patient with my selection process and very accommodating to my schedule. I cannot recommend Pinnell's highly enough!!
