Fantastic! Highly recommend THIS Pizza Ranch. Fred was amazing and gave us some great suggestions to try. Very clean placw.e. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. The cheeseburger pizza was a good choice.

Really dirty, more than 50% of the tables had dirty plates on them with flies. Pizza took a bit. Pizza was pretty good, not terrible
