This place is great. At any Ceesecake Factory you know exactly what you're getting. Waiting time was manageable at aound 25 mins on a Thursday night.

If you want to come have dinner at this restaurant you need to make sure to add an hour wait time from the time you get here. Since this cheesecake factory is in the Americana it always has about 10 groups waiting in line to be called for a table. You can't call to make a reservation either you just need to show up. But the wait is well worth it. It's always busy it's always packed good vibes.

Not sure about online but I just call ahead if time
When it is not a busy holiday or special event season, many restaurants gladly accept a few large party reservations for off-peak dining. Large parties can reserve for an early lunch immediately after we open (11 or 11:30AM) or for dining during quieter times such as weekday afternoons (3 - 5PM) or after 9PM. Guests joining us for dinner or on the weekends, are seated in order of arrival based on party size. You're always welcome to call your local restaurant and speak to a manager. He or she will be happy to guide you to the best times to dine at your local restaurant!
