Do NOT buy the light colored gas balls! And if I’m being honest, do not buy this product. We purchased through Woodland Direct. This product instantly turned black and the owner-company Rasmussen has ghosted us on our follow up to the failed suggested action of “spritzing” the spheres with water ( which did not work and made it worse and crack one of the balls)! When we watched the promotional video before purchasing, there was no mention or image of discoloration. I totally understand a little color, but this is not just a little color. I would have been happy with the company sending a darker color to make it right, but as I said, they have chosen to ignore us and offer no options. I was so looking forward to these. :(

I was recommended to Rasmussen through a friend. I ordered an accessory for my heater. Smooth process to deliver. Then things changed.... I had to return. When I reached out to Rett Rasmussen, NOT ONLY did he want to charge me for shipping the unit, he also wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee. I called twice asking for help and was hung up on. There are ways of doing business and then there aren't. Rent and his company doesn't care about customers. I hope when you read this, you will consider taking your business elsewhere. Terrible owner. Terrible company. ADDING TO MY REVIEW: Rett - I'm ONLY an unhappy customer which you clearly don't care about. And guess what Rett - the BBB will take any and all information including your comment to my feedback. I'll make sure to share this with them as well. Feel free to keep the comments coming.
