I lived here in 2013-2015. Management was amazing. She was so helpful and very nice. They are military/veteran friendly. The majority of the neighbors were very nice. Of course no matter where you go, there will be a neighbor that can never be happy. But if you respect your neighbors and landlord, you will get respect in return. It is located near shopping centers. Easy access. And the pool was well kept.

My husband and I moved to Nevada in June of 2021 we been in a hotel since then. God lead us to Railroad Pass which brought us to Boulder City. We have not had any luck with find a place l. Everyone wants your credit to be literally perfect or they want thousands of dollars to move in. Long story short I was cutting a young man hair he said go to Casa De Alicia Mrs.Lynn will help. I really was a little discouraged and didn’t want to call. When I call she was so sweet and friendly she took her time and told us everything we needed it and to get it back to her soon. We did just that🙌🏾💃🏾
