The buy 1 get 2 free is, in actuality, arip off! Even the manager that came over to the register to explain the "deal" made no sense! I DIDN'T buy ANY of the 3 shoes I took time to try on and pick out because they WERE NOT buy 1 get 2 free as advertised and posted!!!

Ordered earrings online, took them back to Belks Lexington, they sent me to the Salisbury store. No one at the jewelry counter because she was talking to the gal at the cosmetics counter. Wasted time 😑

If you have the receipt take it into the store they will tell you where its at or contact customer service on the website they will be able to track it or even give you a tracking number.
