So I entered the store and there was already a line stretching out the door. There were 3 people working, but somehow it took 15 minutes for the line to advance by one person. By that time another 10 people had joined the line. I almost never see such poor customer service. One worker was walking /moving slower than an 80 year old (she looked like in her 20’s) and another was having social hour with her customer. There were 10 people in front of me and she was still talking to the same person when I left. Only the young guy with a dark colored hair and beard was actually working. BTW, Mr. Owner, I saw several of your replies to others complaints trying to explain away what happened. However, you cannot explain away a 2.4 google rating. When you have a rating that low, it means you do not care about customer service, regardless of what your replies say.

Chris, the owner, and Scott, one of the employees, both take their time to help me carefully package and ship my art pieces off to my collectors several times a month. They always do a wonderful job.

3/24/22 just left store. I came in for Shredding service. The Mgr. and Adjunct Staff were all attentively taking care of all customers. Great organizational techniques utilized, directly a reflection of Mgmt. Style, methodology, and customer service. Store well kept, busy, staff personable, professional, and helpful. I will definitely drive 7.5 miles to this location for my needs.

Ken and Chris, Tara and Alize were so excellent to listen to me about my now and future needs to ship fragile sculptures that I make. I put them to a challenge to help me pack up a delicate sculpture that needed to have the premium shipping. Chris, one of the owners, got very involved and asked all the right questions. Scott, a meticulous young man, packaged my art like it was a very expensive museum piece. I am confident in their ability to get my art works to their new homes. I feel like I have new friends! They went well above and beyond to reassure me and the packing job was extraordinary. I will always go to them for shipping all my works. Quality and excellence in all respects...thank you thank you!!! I appreciate this place so much as I had experienced much apathy everywhere else I went. Thankfully a neighbor pointed me in their direction!

You have to not give up and keep calling or call early when they are not busy. When they are busy they don't answer. Sometimes you will get a busy signal as soon as you call, but if you keep calling like a stalker they will eventually answer.
Yes. They have boxes for everything. I once shipped a 65 inch TV with no hassle.
