I was one day earlier for my appointment my company dispatch is a mess but Tony here was kind and understanding so he made me wait only for 10 hours. Still better than 24 h. I couldn't give them 5 star because they don't have an actual bathroom for the drivers. I had to get an uber to go to one far away!!!
