Online inventory is wrong most of the time. Several times have driven to this store because it said they had a product in stock and when I arrive they don’t have it. This time was about the blink floodlight cam. Online says they have 9 in stock. Takes the kids working there 30 mins to tell me they don’t have it and to go check another store. If you try to call to verify if they have a product nobody answers the phone. Worse service ever.

Chasidy and Ed at this Home Depot went above and beyond to help me with my questions in reference to my kitchen sink purchase. What I really appreciate about them is they didn’t hesitate when I asked for help. You can tell they both take pride in their job and Chasidy found the kitchen faucet with ease when Ed and I couldn’t find it and she was able to show me where the soap dispenser was located on the faucet. Employees like Chasidy and Ed will keep me coming back to Home Depot.

Not sure why Home Depot thought removing ALL cashiers was a good idea especially when their self check out machines go out so often. The employees manning self check out are either burned out or chosen for their short tempers.Their Customer service throughout most of the store is lax at best. What ever happened to at least making eye contact and smiling at your customers? I may not need your help but acknowledge that you have customers.

I operate a business servicing home improvement stores as a vendor and this location is by far the worse in the area. Management can blame a high turnover rate or new hires, but this is more than just those factors. Sadly, this is the closest Home improvement location to my home. Store does not even bother helping customers find a cart to place material. Spend 20 minutes finding a carts, while employees used customer carts to stock freight. Isles were all a mess full with freight . Garden center aisles covered with grills and not accesible for handicap customers.Horrible training on associates for customer greetings/assistance. Labels are not priced by measurement (inches,feet, etc) and becomes an issue in self checkout. Associate was rude and accused me of fraud whenever she had to scan the item for the customer to prevent fraud. (Self checkout has certain items that requires an associate to manually place the QTY for the customer) I was very dissatisfied with my overall experience with this store location. This has been my third time this week and same environment has been present every time.
