They gave me a very bad vibe and the lady was shaking her head at my 10 year old daughter aggravated all because she had to tell her to lift her head up once! They lucky I paid the customer service is bad af.

They use too much heat. And they broke off my hair I can’t tell you how many times I told the lady not to comb aggressive being that my hair is wet and it’s in a fragile state. I should of just got up and left. I don’t understand how they call themselves professional when your doing more damage than good. I won’t come back to this place again . If you have Afro textured hair don’t come here they don’t know what they are doing and they don’t care about our hair texture.

The price of a wrap is usually based on the legnth of your hair. Also depends what process they're taken before your hair is completed
I had been going here for years since 2011. They have increased their prices way too much. They used to go based on length and texture starting at $25. I used to get charged $30 but the last 2 times I went the price was different. In Feb I was charged $45?? Then in May I was charged $55?? My texture hasn't changed and my hair was actually shorter when I went back in May so I'm not sure what they're doing but that is WAY too much for a wash and set. I will no longer go to them. Most times they are not personable

They charged me 80 dollars last week. I am going back there since they put the dye on the root of my hair. I am so pissed. I asked the lady to have it on the ends of my hair, but they applied it on the roots and now I look like some crazy woman. Just make sure they tell you prior how much they are going to do that. I was so shocked for the price.
