My mother was told last week that a recall operation on her escape would take 15 minutes to an hour once they got the vehicle to a mechanic. Well 5 hours later with an appointment she went and picked it up. When she dropped it off, she spoke to Dianna Romero a "service advisor" who told her that she'd get a shuttle driver to drive her home... After an hour my mother asked about it and Dianna said oh "the shuttle drivers were in San Francisco and won't be here today"... When it was time to pick up the vehicle, another service representative gestured to my mother to come to the counter and finish up the paperwork. Dianna interrupted and told her to wait in line as people were waiting, there was no one at the time waiting to be helped at the desk and then she called my mother the wrong name minutes after getting it correct. I'm hoping this was a one off and Dianna was having a bad day, and I hope her day got better but my mother has been to this dealership twice now for recalls, and both time has not had a smooth experience. The last time was a recall on something involving the entertainment system, it needed an update. The update didn't apply and her vehicle was at that dealership a week. The first time she was apologized to for all the delays and thanked for her choosing of their dealership. They said they hoped that they could make up for it in the future but I'm not seeing that. I'm giving this place 2 stars because the other service rep is a gem, Dominic I think is what his name is but he shows great customer service and respectability towards others.

Ordered a 2022 F-150 pickup truck with Oscar from Putnam ford. Oscar was very helpful throughout the whole process and was always good at communicating what was going on. I would recommend ordering a vehicle with Oscar as he's thorough and good at communicating. Thank you to Oscar and the whole Putnam team for putting together a great deal for me.

I went to the store on 8/4 and I was looking at the Mustang Mach-E with my boyfriend. The guy talked to us in the way that he assumed we cannot afford a 90k car, probably because of our outfit. When we asked if we can test drive the car, the guy asked are we going to buy it. So do I have to buy a car to test drive it? My budget is actually 150k and his attitude literally makes me stop considering the Mustang Mach-E. Model S is better.

Why we can't give them ziro or negative star??? I had the worst experience with a dealership. We went there for a recall on our Ford escape 2018 and they mentioned that's pretty simple and the car is ready for tomorrow... We called them 7 times for last 10 days and we still couldn't get the car !!! I don't know is in the dealer or somewhere else (they don't know as well) can you believe it ? I'll send full report to the Ford as well ...
