I called in prescription at 11:00 AM. I tried to call them at 5:00 and nobody picked up the phone. I decided to drive there to see if my prescription was ready and was told it was being filled right then and would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I had to leave for a personal appointment and returned at 5:45. It was ready. It shouldn't take that much effort or take all day to fill one prescription.

The staff are disrespectful in a whole different level. Rude is understatement. Hostile is probably more accurate. It's like they never worked with people in their life. This pharmacy should be closed ASAP. No place for such behavior in California, sorry.
