They were the only car rental company that answered the phone when I called around. I had an emergency and had to drop off my car at a mechanic and since I live really far from redwood city, I had to rent a car right away. The people at this location were super accommodating and even picked us up from the mechanic shop. I don't know if that is standard practice or if it was in the moment, we want to help out kind of thing. At the time that I was dealing with them, there were two people on staff. But everything was smooth and the prices were decent.

If your car is at a shop your rental will be on a shop rate, not the same as a regular rental
Yes a lady charged my debit card $300 dlls for cleaning fees. She was telling me you smoked in this car. I haven't smoked for 20 years and I call the company and complain about it and they reimburse my money!!
