Typically great service but now they’re closed to customer service. You can drop packages in a drop box otherwise you have to go to builders best to ship which has completely different hours than the 4-6pm customer service hours we are used to.

Says on their site you can drop off package there when you get there they tell you you gotta go somewhere else

They’ve closed this location. It is only for UPS trucks now. You can not ship packages or drop off Amazon returns any longer. I was told by a driver that there will never be a customer service desk again here. A great way to lose business.
