Once a week for the last few weeks the smell of raw gas combined with fresh tar has extended over big parts of town. Last night at around 10pm we could barely breathe driving down Lincolnway. The toxicity extended to Frontier Park and Lions Park. Interesting how it only happens at night.

Too many variables. But yes, there are occasionally smells if you are real close (less than a mile) and usually to the east. No worse than traffic noise in the city, train noise, farm smells, or any other man made annoyance that comes with living in civilization.
