This was probably the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Motels are kept better than this place!!! The girl at the front desk was not hospitable at all, she barely spoke and couldn’t even fake a smile. She did not explain where the parking is or the entrance from the parking herself, you have to ask her to get some sort of explanation. The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. The bathtub was black, the shower curtain was disgusting and smelled, hair all over the bathroom floor and walls. The floor in the room was probably never swept or washed. Stains all over the bed sheets. The AC is dirty and full of mold. I was worried that my mom and I were going to get sick. No microwave. TV does not work. The back entrance to the hotel never locks, so anyone can come in and no one cares. It did not feel like a safe place at all. Bathtub was cleaned and the shower curtain changed once I complained about the bathroom being dirty, but the floor was still not cleaned. This place was not worth the price at all, very disappointing experience. -5 stars!

We were disappointed with our visit. We stayed Friday through Sunday. The first room we were put into was filthy. The beds looked like the housekeeper just pulled the comforter up without making the bed let alone changing the sheets from the last guest. There was also broken up pieces of someone's soap let in the bathtub and spilled soda or coffee on the floor. We were offered to inspect the 3 other remaining rooms to find one that was clean. The second room was just as dirty as the first. The desk clerk said they can get people to do the job, but can not get them to do it properly. The third room had a air conditioner that was sending out just hot air. The fourth room was at least clean. Next, both nights all we heard was the traffic outside and groups of people yelling, fighting and slamming doors in the hallway beginning at 1:30 am until about 5:00am. Next on Saturday morning we were told to empty and place any garbage in the hallway since their covid restrictions the housekeepers do not go into the rooms during a stay. We put our garbage out at 9:00 am and left for the day. When we arrived back at 6:00 pm our garbage was still there is and it appeared other guests added their garbage to ours and blocking our door. When we left for dinner and came back about 3 hours later someone finally picked it up. Also, the hallways and stairways need to be cleaned. It appeared to have stuff spilled and not cleaned up for a long time. We stayed here multiple times. All our experiences have been pleasant except for the last two, with this one making sure we never return to this property.

Positive: The location was the best thing about the hotel with shopping and dining close bye. Negative: For a non-smoking facility it wreaked like an ashtray. The floor hadnt been mopped and there were ants crawling on the beds. And no microwave in the room, i was told use the one down the hall.

I was kinda disappointed with this location. The price was fair and I did stay in " The Honeymoon Suite ". The room was large but no rugs, 1 heater in the bedroom so the bathroom with hot tub was cold and no way to warm it up. The furniture is outdated. No USB chargers, not many electric outlets. The chairs weren't comfortable. There was some weird stains on the ceiling that could have been removed or painted over. I did notice 2 bugs on the walls so there doesn't seem to be a bug maintenance program. No microwave in the room but there was one in the downstairs hallway that the whole hotel shared. No breakfast or anything like that. There is a small bar that serves food too, but it's not open long. There are a lot of hotels and motels in the area for the same price range. When I go back, I'll look into staying somewhere else.

Hello I am sorry your room had Ants, I will call you in a moment to discuss this.
If you go to Goat Island, there is $10 all day parking at Niagara Falls State Park. Plus, there's Top of the Falls for dining.
5.6 miles or 10min on average by car. 1hr30min walking so definitely take a car or uber.
