I bought a case of beer from here. When I opened up the first one I noticed something wasnt right and I checked the date on the box. The beer expired in March 2022... I bought the beer in July 2022. I tried to call before I came twice and got no answer. When I came into the store for an exchange the gentleman told me no exchange without a receipt even though I could provide my bank statement with date, time, location. I reminded him that he didn't even give me a receipt. The guy actually took around an entire minute while I was standing at the counter when I initially came into the store to buy the beer to connect his phone to the bluetooth speaker and ignored me. He eventually rung me up yet never stood up from the milk crates he was sitting on behind the counter to give me a receipt. So I was denied an exchange and left with a case of expired beer. Photo will be attached of the full case minus the first beer I opened.

I’m tired of pulling up to this location east main and the doors are always locked between hours, idk what the employees are doing but it seems they slacking on the job, taking smoke breaks or something smh. This is ridiculous and inconvenient . If I could give no stars I would.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Nasty, dirty, moldy, roaches visible. Staff was a joke. Locked doors in customers face during open hours. Rude disrespectful and a disgrace to the company. This location needs tore down and built from the ground up starting with the staff!!!
