Large location meaning more lines (shorter wait). Customer service was wonderful! Staff were in a good mood and happy to share that with everyone who walked in.

UPS. FedEx, both delivered multiple packages at my house. No issues, always seems like a haste with USPS. Said I couldn’t be reached, so how did the other drop offs 3x the size make it with no issues? Then the voice prompt says “requested to hold by the customer.” When it was due to their inability to deliver. Avoid these guys if you want to be haste free with your orders.

Go to post office and ask to speak with a delivery supervisor.
This has been happening more recently, especially since Amazon Prime has been a thing, I think the USPS has being forced to do more with less than ever and it shows with incidents like this, stuff that just never happened 10 or 20 years ago. Usually the next business day they take care of it.
