Vineall seems to have an attitude problem! The employees seem to think they know what's best for the patient and completely disregard any wishes or requests made. The supervisor is just as horrid and thinks it's ok that his employees act and treat others rudely and distastefully. I would of given you zero but it not an option.

Wouldn't let them treat strangers after the "care" they provided me all for the low cost of $1200 dollars for a ten minute drive with no medical assessment done, no vitals taken, just two guys joking with one another. Then their business people call me the next day to rudely ask who was going to pay them I explained that I was a disabled Veteran and they would have to go through the VA I heard the lady on the other end sigh and say fine. A month later they send me the bill and tell me to call the VA, sorry but isn't how it works and I think they know it, so now I get calls nearly everyday I call back no one answers the phone so I leave a voicemail. Incompetence all around the only reason they are in business is because you don't get a choice in who the police call when you need help.

EMT Kyle was great. Driver Matt was a complete inconsiderate unprofessional. Matt stopped the ambulance on the thruway and threatened to throw my extremely distraught wife out on the ambulance on side of the road at midnight in complete darkness. If he worked for me he would be terminated. If he works like that he should find another job. Your ambulance service owes my wife an apology. I’m still in shock the way she was treated.
