Super friendly staff! Megan went the extra mile to ensure I could get a roll of quarters by the end of the day. So grateful to be able to do laundry today 😅! Parking is free for an hour (“during banking activity”) in the adjacent lot on Broadway! Lifesaver in such a busy area.

We tired to set up an account in this branch, had to repeat the process twice during the appointment. That wouldn't be a problem of not for a fact that account got closed two weeks later due to some "system error". Once we visited the branch it turned out that one of the SSNs was set to 0000... And the only way to reopen the account was to start the process from scratch and replace cards we already got. We passed this time...

Rather go to the one downtown Seattle. I went in for an inquiry on credit cards and the banker never once asked me why I wanted one or what I needed it for so I wound up doing all the research about which card to apply for myself anyway. Not to mention the fact that I gave her two forms of ID which clearly stated my first name as "Gregory" and she still kept calling me John... I'm just lucky that the paperwork said my name was input correctly when I applied.
