Dr. Raney’s nurse Kortney went above and beyond for me to get a resolution to my medication needs. She genuinely cared about my situation and called me back promptly and got me taken care of. A true professional in her field and excellent customer service. Thank you, Kortney!

While my experience with the general clinic, their staff and my doctor have always been rather normal, I recently had my first visit to the Physical Therapy center on the other side of the building. There was of course Covid procedures right when you enter the door, with several signs asking you to wait for someone to come and screen you for Covid. There were no other patients in the waiting area, and I don't know how long I waited while the two women behind the front desk chatted with a nurse that was there. When the nurse finally came my way, it was to leave the building and neither of the women at the front desk made any move to acknowledge I was waiting there. Even when I eventually got screened and got checked in for my appointment, any time I approached the desk I would be ignored. If I directly addressed them to ask a question, their answers were kept short and it was clear that they were annoyed with guests and would rather be anywhere else. That said, my physical therapist was kind and respectful, a good thing after a stale reception.

Carrie the receptionist, was INSULTING not just incredibly rude. Never in my life have I gone to seek medical attention for my family and been told our concerns were “ridiculous” and asked “what’s the point”. My son tested positive for RSV and tested negative for COVID mere days ago and now the rest of my family, having quarantined at home since, is sick. She told my husband he was ridiculous for even thinking that they could have RSV, yet the CDC even clearly says that older children and adults can be affected by RSV, and then proceeded to ask him “what’s the point of even coming to the clinic if there are drive-through Covid testing centers?” I AM LIVID. And by the way, The drive-through testing centers are closed because it’s storming, and even still they told us to come here. Why? Because the CDC recommends a three panel test: for FLU, RSV, and COVID, and the testing centers I spoke to were only testing for COVID. We came here seeking medical attention, and not just a result of a test. While, yes we can surely go elsewhere and get tested, we came here seeking medical attention and medical advice. She, the RECEPTIONIST aka NOT A DOCTOR does not know our medical history and therefore has NO RIGHT to treat us in such a demeaning way. Regardless, I should not have to justify why I chose your service above all others. Maybe just help people and don’t ridicule them for it.
