I placed my online order I got my order correctly by pickup. Food was as I ordered it. Was a bit off how the door was locked to get into the lobby? Worker said “we’re closed” but I was able to get my pickup order either way. I have in the best been in the drive thru line where I’ve waited either 5/10 minutes to almost 25 minutes But this recent pick up order went well and food made well.

Want to get served an attitude and get passive aggressive remarks on how you ordered your order wrong even though you read it back to them multiple times? Look no further than going to the trash heap of a business at your local Richton Park Popeyes. In the simplest way out do not waste your time at this business, do not waste your money at this business, there are 2 other Popeyes locations within 15 minutes of this one, do yourself a favor and go to a different one.

Hafe the time they don't have chicken sandwiches or chicken tenders. Actually more than hafe the time. This place really needs New Management. I stopped going here because it was so busy most the time tried starting to go there again because the gas prices don't want to drive so far forget it spend the money on the gas keep away from this place why go somewhere that never has what you want. And then because you can't go in you can't get out of the drive-thru and have to wait anyway. For nothing. Place is a total waste of time.

Avoid this location at all costs! I placed a mobile order thinking it would save me time; big mistake! When I pull up to the location and attempt to go to the lobby, it is close to the public. There is no option for curbside pickup, so I had to wait in a drive-thru for 45 minutes to pickup cold food. I definitely will not return to this location.
