If Maple Knolls owned other complexes around the country, they would be my go to. Units are nice, public laundromat per building is very clean, balcony’s in great shape, and well conditioned lawn. The property manager is very professional and works fast on repairs himself. My unit had a problem with shower temperature fluctuations, they replaced parts inside walls for us. Snow removal is a little inconvenient, as the parking can be quite congested, especially around the holidays. But, side note of parking, they repaved the parking lot and it’s in excellent condition. I wish the community had better sidewalks, it’s less than a 10 minute walk to almost any store you need
