Friendly staff, pool was OK, rooms looked recently upgraded, but ours stunk like wet meldew. Four of us stayed in a double queen room, and it was very comfortable, beds were new and linens were very clean. The bathroom was small but very clean. The refrigerator was disgusting, it smelled very bad. We requested assistance from the front desk and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so another room wasn't available. The morning staff was very helpful and said we would be getting a discount on the room price. Overall ok.

We LOVE staying here. My kids love the pool and we all love the breakfast. Good workout area too, all for a very reasonable price. Always such kind front desk staff and breakfast crew too.

Positive: Great location, super helpful friendly staff! Negative: Room was not vacuumed. We had to pick up random food and paper bits so put dog wouldn¿t eat them.

We stayed here overnight in preparation for an all day Saturday regional wrestling tournament in Royal City . The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean, and was close to walking distance to many fast food restaurants. The hotel had easy access to I-90, in both directions.
