Todd and his assistant Rhonda were very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would leave 3-4 voicemails a week and nobody was every in office nor did they return my phone calls. In an entire year of making all payments on time and no crashes or tickets my policy did nothing but increase. I do not recommend state farm to my worst enemy!!
