I used Andy because he was referred by someone but I would NEVER refer his business/work to anyone! I took my PC to him because I couldn't log in and he's really screwed it up and he worked on it twice! I called him after the 1st time to complain and he said bring it back in and I mistakenly thought he might correct his mistakes, but no, he just made more problems! His place is dirty, unkempt and not businesslike at all!

Good used screen with installation can be as low as $50
You might have lost Administrator priviledges on your account. You might have a defective WIFI device. It can be disabled and a cheap USB WiFi dongle can be added. That part is under $20. HP factory settings can sometimes be restored by pressing F11 at the initial HP splash screen...some models/brands are ESC key or F8 or F12 or Del at startup. Sometimes its best just to get a generic Windows 10 disk, boot from it, erase the whole hard drive...gets rid of all the extra HP garbage software....Much of the HP software is just advertising for subscription services.
