Dining in now requires using a kiosk, wont be back, sad because good food, been eating at Steak N Shakes since the 70s.

Service is always slow here but the food is consistent with any other steak n shake. Update: service is no longer an issue as it is now self service.

Yes they are clean. They have a couple of really good cooks there when I have ate there.

They do have WiFi but I did not see any plug ins near any of thetables
When there are only one or 2 waiters covering the whole restaurant it must be hard. But when one doesn't even take your drink order yet instead takes a cellphone into the restroom for 10 minutes is bad timing.
