The customer service is beyond amazing. We have been with them a few months now and we were constantly going way over on our data. They helped us figure out what was causing it, waived our overage fees. And still continue helping us so we aren’t spending an arm and leg. The internet is pretty fast as well. Thank you Jeff and Lisa! You have a forever customer.update: still going way over every month, but they are still working with us to help figure out why, we’ve agreed to move to the highest package and eliminate overages. I CANNOT believe the customer service this company provides! WORTH EVERY PENNY! So for the first time in 4 months we lost internet. They sent Dillon out today to fix it, simple fix. This young man was just as amazing as the office people are! His mama raised a wonderful young man! Thank you go Brolly!

Not very happy about them at all, I have called 2 times in the last month to get service an all I get is" were sorry or tower is full" an not one person had come out this way to even check out the area, I'm sorry I don't live in your service area, then quit advertising in my area, west Paola area, 303rd st, what a shame
