Once you find an interesting property, please contact us to schedule an appointment. Our team of leasing agents are available to personally show our listings 6 days a week. Once you’ve found the perfect place to lease, simply submit an online rental application. Each adult will need to submit a separate application; the non-refundable fee is $45/person. Please be prepared to upload a PDF copy of your current government-issued identification, last 3 paystubs, tax returns (if you’re self-employed), and/or employment offer letter (if you’re relocating to the area). The application process typically takes 1-2 business days. In the event ReeceNichols receives multiple applications for the same property, all applications will be submitted to the property owner to select the best match.
