Look, I’m not one to be nit picky but most of the time I enjoy this places food. A few spots around the metro and I chose this one today and by far the worst captain D’s in Kansas City Sorry to the workers who read this review but the quality of the food just wasn’t worth it. I took 1 bite out of my meal and immediately was not hungry anymore. Captain D’s is good just not this location.

Gave me the wrong order in the drive thru and I didn’t realize it until I got home. Since this location has a habit of closing early, I tried calling as it was already past 8, but their phones were disconnected both that day and the next day. Went to the drive thru the next day to talk to someone and the white lady at the window had an attitude and asked “you didn’t bring the food? Seems like you just ate it then.” Did you expect me to bring the food from yesterday? It was an order of dried up chicken tenders instead of our fish meal. Service was better here before the place burned down.

I can't not wait for wyco small claims to get back in contact with me Yess I have to push for court this place will take your money say you're decline but you're not refused to give me my refund or to provide any food $40 down a drain also they close the store at 7:30 store hours are to close at 10:30 and please remember you have to wait for all staff to take their smoke break for 20 minutes before they can help you or in my case still your money

Google says you’re open until 10:00 pm, I go at 8 and 3 employees are standing outside smoking saying they close at 8. The last 3 times I’ve tried to go, either they don’t have an employee to work or they closed early. This is not how to keep your establishment open.
