Virginia was a wonderful manager. It's a beautiful place to live. Would recommend it to anyone. I'm sure Maxine will be a good manager as soon as she learns the ropes.

Maintenance is slow at fixing things. You can never get ahold of property manager. They won't let you do anything. They need a spot on property were the people who live there can put out a garden or plant some flowers if they want to. They have the room for it.
