Just a weird experience, but it’s an airport location, so it’s not surprising! Ordered an iced americano, and they only filled the cup 3/4. When I asked about it, the guy explained that it was “just a shot with ice.” Isn’t there usually a little water in an americano? I’m so confused. It was pre-6am, so I didn’t argue.

The best coffee at MSP airport by a mile. The friendly person, who waited on me, helpfully let me try a couple samples before choosing. Definitely worth the walk to the end of E Concourse.

I had a fairly long wait in MSP recently (Saturday, 02/01/2020) and had coffee twice at the Roasting Plant. Both times, the server (first a young man, then a young woman) were very pleasant, and helpful. They helped me pick out a roast I was likely to like, and indeed the coffee was very good. Unfortunately, I left my credit card at the register and traveled home. I put a hold on my credit card as soon as I realized I had misplaced it. I really didn't want to cancel the card as I have a few regular payments taken from there and I didn't want to change those. Monday I was able to get through to the director of operations, Bill, and he agreed to search for the card. I called the following day, and Bill had my card in his pocket and offered to mail it back to me. I got it today. Many thanks to the Roasting Plant.
