Two employees up front just talking, an older gentleman who wouldn’t ask me if I needed help but asked a lady as I was leaving, nobody walking the store whatsoever. Would’ve loved to get the screwdriver(s) I desperately need for work but it’s impossible if 99% of hand tools are security tagged (in Lee’s Summit of all places) and no employees ask if I need assistance.

Yes, they do. If they don't have the one you want in the store, I would definitely check on their website. If you order it off the website, have it shipped to store so you don't have to pay any shipping costs.
