Hard to find my first time there but got it figured out. Basically a mom & pop screen and storm window repair shop. Nice folks but what had repaired seemed a bit pricey to me. But I don't have the tools, the part or the expertise to DIY. So...

I had something close to that in a storm window we broke. They put new glass in the frame I brought them. Labor and glass was only $38. Amazing compared to a new storm window!
