My wife and I's favorite place to getaway. You gotta experience it if you haven't been. Our happy place for so many reasons. Short drive from Nash or the Boro and such a good reset. Plenty to do over a long weekend.

Yes, I was there back in February, when they were just starting to really get things together, and I just went back last week. It's a lot different, in a good way. They made a lot of progress on this nice little community.

Hey, Trudy! This community is sold out, but they're about to open up another community down the street, The Retreat at Water's Edge. They'll be selling tiny homes and lots there.
