If there were zero stars I would put, I had to buy a balloon for my daughter’s end of school party, Kroger and dollar general were out of helium, so I went to edible arrangements and she told me the balloon was for $6 so I paid thinking that it’s probably one of the bigger ones but ended up getting the one same as dollar store size and design and everything, the even funnier thing was when she told me ur total is $ 6.36 “” with taxxxxxx”” !!!!

Worst service! Please don’t order from this location. They will mess up your order and blame you for it. The staff is mean and doesn’t treat customers with kindness. They will not make the product like the picture online right. I ordered a large ultimate bundle of cheer and they gave me the wrong balloons and a different smaller product. I returned it to them right away and just had to share my experience! They do not care about their customers. Do not order from Dearborn heights!!! I left so upset and I didn’t deserve this treatment from a place that is supposed to “wow”their customers.
