I was shopping to HyVee 96th & Q this evening, a little elderly lady was setting outside by the front door. In customer service I overheard them saying she'd been waiting for a ride since 5:40 it was now 8:20. I grabbed the couple items I was after & then gave the lady a ride home after calling ztrip, this was the 3rd call, HyVee had called them twice. HORRIBLE service by Ztrip!

My driver was wonderful-courteous, prompt, even returned my phone I left in the taxi - he had called two starred contacts to find out where to bring it. Altogether an awesome example of human kindness and honesty. I will always call zTrip and ask for my driver.

Requested ride for husband on app with a card and they canceled. Was told not shown when I know I used a card. Never had problem before. Never using ztrip again.

37 and a half weeks pregnant and I am sitting out in the cold 21 degree weather waiting on someone to come get me. I am livid that I had to wait on a already scheduled ride that was supposed to pick me up at 2pm for a doctor's appointment at 2:45. I being the person I am waiting an hour trying to give the benefit of a running behind person. If your drivers are running behind call your fare and let them know don't leave them sitting there wondering is this person ever coming. I am not happy and this stress of having to reschedule my appointment for a 3rd time because a driver never shows up. I have never had a good experience with Ztrip either time I have ever used the service your drivers are either on the phone cussing won't turn down there music. I even had one on the phone driving like a maniac cussing at someone.
