First, last time using this Ophthalmologist office, would not recommend, they do not tell you there are hidden fees before you have your eye exam Very bad business. I paid my co - pay before I walked in for my appointment, never once during my visit did they mention another charge at check out, and Boom! I was taken by surprise. I was in shock, they are holding my prescription hostage till it is paid. This Doctor's office will be reported for scaming ontop of collecting Insurance, insurance fraud Response to their answer: Your receptionist had told me everyone is charged this fee when checking out just this morning, so apparently it has nothing to do with my insurance as I was also told by my insurance company when I spoke to the Company yesterday after my surprise from your office, the check out person from your office also stated it is bc of an extra eye test that I did not approve of if I knew I would be Charged extra, it is your staff that did not mention the extra fee. Again, will be reporting to state Attorneys office as well .so your office gets paid twice for service, double dipping

Dr. Loeffler comes highly recommended and I see him annually for my floaters and retinal health. I find him caring and willing to listen. The office staff is polite and responsive

This place is very clean and decent but the people at the front desk is unlikely to be kind- especially LISA( old hag)….this particular patient (lady) had an an appointment on Thursday June 31st 2022 came to the office and let them know that she was there for her actual appointment, Lisa told her "no you don’t " without even checking on her computer- this was very unprofessional. I believe she’s a bit out of it.

My mother is a senior citizen who doesn't speak English and is not used to going to the doctor's because she usually takes care of herself. We went to this facility because it was close and had open availability. The doctor's assistant was inpatient and rough to the point that I had to tell him to watch it while he was doing the eye exam. She needed to come back for glasses by herself, so I asked the optician if there was a brochure of different glasses so that I could review with her ahead of time so she could be prepared and not have any issues when she got there. He became condescending and belligerent and kept on saying things like its not rocket science and "exactly what do you need to figure out?" Either this office is not used to seeing POC or they dont care to have them as patients. I will say save your money and go anywhere else but this office. I know they will comment and blame me and my mother for their behavior instead of acknowledging and correcting which is their MO. I'll just let CMS handle it from here.
