ATM (Fifth Third Bank)

Bank stole $50 from my account after management PROMISED me it wouldn’t. After I asked why, they froze my account and wouldn’t let me take my money to PNC!! Once my card expired, I requested a new one and never received it, but PNC bank within walking distance can make them inside the bank. I just want my money that I’ve worked for.

Worst customer service as far as tellers go. The management and bankers are great. You may have to wait to talk to them but they are helpful however I cringe when I have to use this branch and their tellers. They act as if I’m bothering them by coming in. I was just told I couldn’t deposit change but they would do it this time. There wasn’t enough to roll and I was depositing for a non-profit, every penny counts. I have 3 accounts at fifth third and I absolutely hate using this branch for the attitude I have to deal with to do banking. I wish I had another branch closer to me. I will take longer lunches to use the fifth third by my work instead of using the one right down the road. They are terribly rude.

Something Nice

Every time I come here in the mornings when I go it's only like two or 3 people in line and they take forever just to see customers! It was only two people in line and I stood there for almost 30 minutes before I got to the counter just to get Tarc tickets! SMH! If they was US BANK down the street from them you would've been and out in like 2 minutes tops!

I’ve been banking with this bank since 2004. I visited many branches and made many deposits. It’s never taken me this much time to make a deposit as it did at this branch. There were only four customers and four employees and it still took them 35 minutes to help one single customer. Ridiculous wait time!!!
