Very good facility, good care, but it takes too long for a single doctor for so many children, more than 2:30 waiting, then they put you in a waiting room. It's terrible

Very nice facilities and attention, but horrible waiting time, I had an appointment at 11 and they attended me at 1 in the afternoon and like me other people have to improve that and give appointments that they can keep, we all have limited time ...

We weighed with the schedule my girl had an appointment at 10am and they attended her at 1:30pm my girl was only 7 years old and she already had even fatigue and dizziness from not eating anything because her apoinmet was supposedly 10am

Good afternoon, Anisley. Totally true. It is inconceivable. Even during the difficult time of the pandemic, they kept the office full of people. The room is tiny. It seats 21 people and always has people standing and outside in the hallway waiting. The wait has been up to 5 hours, until they call you. And that's by appointment.
I took my child for the first time and it was a super nice experience.
