Went there once and a lovely girl with blue hair did a great job, second time someone else , did a horrible job, I went back again and a guy just ignored me for 20 minutes while he was on the phone, so I won’t be going back again, bye!

I only do my laundry at Sofia's Wash & Fold when I have to wash my comforter since it is too large for my washer at home. I have dropped it off and picked it up in the past twice before with no problem. Well, yesterday and today, I stopped by to drop my comforter off and no one was there to receive it. Due to the pandemic, I do not feel comfortable leaving my laundry there unattended. I recieved a response from the owner of this facility that there is a time frame to drop off items. I was well within that time frame and no one was there to receive my items.Hello Vincent sorry to hear you faced any inconvenience while trying to drop off. There are certain hours an employee is working and available to take it personally at the Laundromat, between 8am-2pm. Anytime you miss that time frame, you may drop off at the Dry Cleaners in the same shopping lot between 8am-6pm. I hope that makes you more comfortable and I understand given the risk of COVID-19.
